Life Update:
Saturday last week, we had an in-house jiu-jitsu quintet tournament. I was one of the 6 captains.
Since losing my first fights in June, my morale was down, it took its toll on me. Still,
I trained well, and safely, and started to work more on controlled aggression. I used to think I wasn’t strong enough while training, but to my surprise I realized.
I just wasn’t going hard enough, even during tough matches. I am strong too, and the real progress towards this started with the tournament.
I had 3 wins and 2 draws, my team placed second. During those matches, I exerted myself a lot, not thinking about rest or anything else. And I did perform well.
Apart from this, I’ll be releasing “Expert Creator Blueprint”. My first info-product. I started it from scratch 3 times in the last 1.5 months and this time I hit the spot.
My entire agency and brand journey, from the start until now, has been through Instagram.
My brands started here. I built connections that then led to opportunities here. All the high ticket sales. All growth frameworks.
Everything an aspiring or existing service provider needs to build a brand that also gets them, clients, I’m making it for you all.
It will be released in a few days. I’m putting my all into it.
If you’re excited, just shoot a reply to this email and I’d love to hear why this would be a great fit for you! (Maybe I’ll make some moment changes lol).
Moving on.
Why am I always bullish on documentation?
(My story recap and its impact).
I had no hope with my engineering college. Even though I got the degree, even after graduating in 2021, I didn’t know if this online thing would work or not.
Freelancing was okay, commission sales were okay, it did give me the momentum and some income that helped me at least, tell my parents that I want to pursue this further.
One thing I always continued, since 2019, was making sure I’m taking pictures, videos, voicenotes, and random videos with the selfie camera (I haven’t posted any until now), for my future version to look back on his journey. 5,10,20.. Years from now.
This key practice shaped my entire journey as an agency owner and creator:
“Documentation”
During late 2020, I was in a sales mentorship that cost me $100 + $1000 + $1250.
About 60% I paid out of my pocket, the rest of the money I got from my father.
(Originally I paid 2500 and not 1250, but this was a story of me getting scammed online, will keep it for another time).
Although it was a bad experience, I’m not gonna name the guy. Let’s address the sales mentor I had Mr. L.
Mr. L said, "Note-takers are money-makers."
Not only that but while I was taking Jason Capital’s course, he even emphasized the importance of it. So it has become a habit since 2020.
So, I take notes on everything - books, videos, tweets, and courses. (Another form of documentation).
To bring it all together,
Look at my Instagram (@whysaksham). You'll see me sharing what I learn. I post about martial arts progress, books, goal recaps, personal branding, and my story in general, about everything I go through.
One uncertain thought, with action, transformed my journey. Over 140k followers on all platforms.
The key has been the same, look at every single video or content piece I made, it is some sort of a recap of what I’ve lived through.
You’ll see it. Even this newsletter is a form of documentation.
My thoughts might change 6 months from now, yet, when I look back, I’ll have a clear image of who I was.
When I put it into this perspective, it just brings a smile to my face. Moving forward…
Why founders should lead the brand and its positive impact.
Creator-founders are visionaries who lead their brands with authenticity and purpose.
These founder-led brands create stronger connections, building trust and loyalty among their audience.
"Creator Founders" will lead the new creator space.
You might see a few here and there, rest assured there will be a lot more in the coming months and years.
Some of the best creator founders I've observed share a common trait:
“They focus on building a business, and documenting through content, not chasing vanity metrics”.
They understand that:
1. Mission-driven community over vanity metrics.
These creators rank community building over viral content. Still, if what they put out hits the spot, they get the numbers too.
Through their content, they bridge the emotional gap. People might feel that these founders are “special”. With content, they see it’s not the case.
They bring people along on their mission.
2. Quality over quantity, then both.
Some post regularly, and some don’t. They are not attached to the volume game.
The goal is to become a go-to person, an authority figure in their industry.
Sharing beliefs, values, and ideas that spark curiosity among the audience.
3. Authenticity resonates more than perfection.
Not afraid to show their journey, including their struggles and failures.
Documenting the process, from taking a project from scratch to something of value.
Through documentation, they might be solving similar problems for their ideal audience too.
By leading their brands with authenticity and purpose. These creator founders don't build businesses—they create movements.
They understand that their unique experiences and insights are their most valuable assets.
They leverage these to connect with their audience and stand out in a crowded space.
The best creator founders I see.
1. Daniel Dalen
I haven’t looked much into his background, still, it’s not easy to just come in, develop his style of content on IG and YT, and single-handedly reignite entrepreneur vlogging like he does.
His YouTube videos are ridiculously good, I value that over his IG (Which is still great).
If you don’t know, it’s a breath of fresh air in terms of content.
2. George Heaton
He is almost the ideal example of a “founder-led brand”. He runs “Represent”. A fitness clothing brand.
I came across his company campaigns on YouTube and then started following him on X.
Proper status game, aspirational, conveys the brand message with every tweet and photo.

24/7.
3. Zach Pogrob
This guy is someone I take inspiration from daily, the words hold power and resonate with me heavily. I read every tweet and watched every video.
He’s building toward his mission of “Obsession”. Has an animation agency, and documents his journey about running.
I did see some snippets of him showing his potential clothing line, but I’m still not sure.
One thing I do know is that he is building an insanely committed community. One to watch out for.
4. Callux
A personal favorite of mine. I've been a customer since 2021. He is among the group of the Sidemen, Calfreezy, and Randolph called the troops.
I have been a massive Sidemen fan for almost a decade. When I watched more of Callux’s content, I gravitated toward how he is talking business stuff as well.
Around that time he started documenting about “notwoways”, his sneaker brand. And by his second or third release, I was sold. I paid ₹25,500 ish to get “Apricity”, one of his sneakers. Surprised by the quality and it’s one of my most worn pairs now.
Mind you, that was not the price, I paid almost 100% extra in import taxes ffs.
Within a few years, he made his brand known worldwide, so I’m sure there’s a lot more to come in the future.
Don’t want to talk about everything, Rockwell Princley and Callux have documented a huge amount of their journey on YouTube and IG. They have a new marketing campaign going on as well.
This is one of the best displays of a creator-founder I’ve seen.
If we combine all these, it’s certainly a direction I want to take in the upcoming years. I’m doing my bit and will be recognized in this space as a one-off type.
