The Daily Schedule that made me 10x more productive
It's so simple, you'll feel embarrassed.
Life Update
For the past 2 weeks, I have been living a more focused life.
The brand is on track, we have content prepared, so I am not worrying about anything there.
The main focus was and still is the agency, which is doing way better now. We have onboarded 2 new clients, sales process looking stronger and we’re ramping up the service delivery completely.
Only working with high worth and good clients.
I’d rather make lesser money with better clients, than having the headache of dealing with bad clients who spread like virus in the company.
Right now, all the clients we have are happy, the proportion has heavily changed as compared to before when I onboarded the wrong people and couldn’t deliver results.
We are working on better projects:
Improving sales process
Integrating better project management
Better SOPs
Training the team more and giving more resources
Putting in more work to get client results
Whysaksham content recorded for a month at least, live scripting session inside ECB this week.
YouTube content being prepared.
New strategy for the MMH Instagram account underway (Already have a great performing video, the first one from the strategy)
Changing our service delivery angle to be more sales oriented
And some additional stuff
The next 3 months are fully packed. I want to pour every last bit of my energy into this.
One thing I did realize, that made me change the service a lot is the fact that with the older process, we could not have scaled the agency to $100k per month realistically without having to hire team members in proportion.
Which defeats the purpose of a lean cashflow business overall.
Honestly, having these phases make me realize how much compounding and stacking play together in long term progress.
Having a period of agency work → Moving to create ECB → Focus on the brand strategy to sort out both organic channels → Get back to the agency
This loop runs over and over, with more steps probably in the future.
The best part is, when we return to one project again, the approach completely changes. We bring on the wisdom gained through other projects onto this too.
Overall, that’s the main focus.
I didn’t write curate for 2 weeks, firstly because there were issues with billing on beehiiv, plus I have been working to increase the subscribers in this newsletter.
So I put it aside for 2 weeks.
As I’m writing this on Monday, 14th October, I feel pumped with the progress, and looking forward to what’s in the store for me.
I am feeling good again while writing this, I don’t want to force the newsletter, this is supposed to be the most fun I should be having while writing.
Jiu Jitsu training has been going great. I am staying healthy, and even though I have to spend around 1.5-2 hours daily on just eating (Yeah I am on a lean bulk, I eat close to 3k calories per day and each meal takes a while to finish),
I have better energy and focus than ever before. Work feels like play. And since the last week, for the first time in months, I can “Feel” the momentum. And I’m pumped.
So, let’s jump into this edition’s topic…
The High Leverage - High Output Daily Structure:
One video I watched from Alex Hormozi, a couple months ago when I started curate actually, changed my approach completely towards how I work on a daily basis.
For the ones who actually read the newsletter, this video was linked in the first one.
People tend to overcomplicate productivity. They believe that they need routines, complex software, note taking techniques etc to be able to get the most out of their work.
And what happens?
People waste time creating the routines, learning about those methods, rather than just doing the work.
Because that busyness acts as a proxy for productivity. It’s distraction. Nothing else.
What matters is the work.
Did you do it for long enough?
Were you focused?
That’s it.
So, this one video from Alex Hormozi changed my point of view completely. It’s his System to outwork everyone.
Let me summarize it and show you how I’ve been using it. So you can create a version for yourself.
He defined 2 activities:
One that builds leverage
One that makes money directly
Let’s understand both:
So, first you need to understand leverage. It’s just less work, and more output.

More leverage = More output, for lesser input
That’s what we all aim for right? To be able to get more output from less work.
Leverage for you is your personal brand, your distribution, maybe AI.
Anything that gives you more output, than others.
Let’s take an example:
I have a brand of 139k followers. Someone else has 10k. Same quality audience.
If both brands promote the same product or service once, I’ll have a significantly higher output as compared to the other.
Similar with my service business. If someone has the same service as I do. I have 5 clients, the other has 2. For similar results, when we get referrals and inbound interest, my close rate, and the number of opportunities I get will be higher.
Getting more output. From similar work.
Plus me having a bigger brand acts as a better trust factor, increasing the close rate even more.
Understood?
Define the tasks that build leverage for you. For me it’s:
Creating content (Every step involved) for IG.
Working on improving my brand strategies.
Getting better client results.
Helping my team create content content for my brand across all the socials.
Improving the project management, and SOPs, so we increase efficiency.
Improving landing pages.
Writing this newsletter.
Creating processes to direct leads and collect emails. etc.
When I focus on these, I have higher odds, and higher rewards.
Now, the second:
Tasks that make money.
Look at that seesaw diagram. Lower amount of tasks can yield similar inputs just because of increased leverage.
Now, the second.
With just leverage, you don’t get the output. You need to put in the work, that directly results in the output. For me:
Cold Outreach, both by the team and I.
Creating personalized strategy for prospects.
Sales calls.
Follow ups.
Putting out call to actions to drive traffic.
etc.
Now based on your work, you need to define your focus.
In Alex’s case, he does the front end stuff of acquisition, and Leila does the back end.
So, according to his system, he has uninterrupted sessions each week.
He has 4-5 days a week where he only does 9-10 deep work blocks, no calls. Then he has 2-3 days when he mainly takes sales calls.
Opposite for Leila.
And Alex’s main priority in those deep work blocks: Do the tasks that make you money, and build leverage directly.
The main idea being, that a single small call, or distraction can ruin a full deep work session.
His daily non-negotiable is: 4 hours of deep work that makes you money. And he defined his days:
Makers day: No calls. Only uninterrupted deep work.
Managers day: Only calls mainly. Batch all the meetings.
Now he can afford that lifestyle where he’s only taking calls 2-3 days a week. At least not for me.
My Weekly Schedule
So based on all the information above. I have made these makers and managers day for myself.
I’ve separated each day in 2 parts personally. The slot before and after training Jiu Jitsu.
So, one slot from when I wake up until around 5.30pm. Another one after 9.30 till I go to bed at 1.30am-2am.
Being big into self reflection, I saw when my energy goes low throughout the day. Typically it’s after my meals since I eat a lot, and my body requires a quick nap.
Based on that, I tend to not take any calls for about 3-4 hours after I wake up. Or 1-2 hours before bed. (There are exceptions of important sales/client calls)
I do my team meetings, and client meetings from 3.30pm-5.30pm, and 9.30pm-11.30pm. That’s me doing my manager’s tasks.
Apart from that, it’s makers block.
On some days I don’t take any calls, and the entire day I just do deep work, on the brand and agency.
I haven’t pre-defined every day of the week like this, so I create these big blocks of focused work or batched calls a day before.
The main part, having pre defined tasks for each block. So I know what am I going to go after in each.
Been doing this for over 2 months now, and if I were to summarize my week, here it is:
Monday - Makers day mainly, with some weekly team calls and review.
Tuesday - Managers day mainly, with preferred makers block after training.
Wednesday - Makers day, some team calls if needed
Thursday - Makers day fully, an hour for calls in the afternoon, and time after training fully on the brand.
Friday - Managers day mainly all day, a lot of calls
Saturday, Sunday - Makers day, or time away from work.
This approach has made focused work, be more fulfilling, and I am actually seeing the most amount of progress over the last couple months.
I have high energy, I train hard, I get stuff done (Well most of it), and I can make time for personal things too.
Plus with this, I could have intense periods of focused work, knowing that I can easily make time whenever I want.
Conclusion:
So this is how I have made myself way more productive as compared to before.
Genuinely wish I would have started it sooner, still, no worries. I did it anyway.
I’ll make a deep YouTube video on this same topic too.
